Supporting physical and mental health

 

Journey to Health initiative helps kids and teenagers in our diverse communities to take a wholistic approach to mental and physical health.

It is important that from early age we learn healthy eating habits, develop active lifestyle and learn basic techniques for maintaining mental health, art being one of the mediums we love.

We would like to take you on this Journey! Please help us reach 10,000 kids and more in our diverse communities across US!

Active Lifestyle

It is important to incorporate physical activities into your daily routines. We talk about challenges that we face and why we procrastinate when it comes to being active. We learn together and try to help each other on this journey!

 

Healthy eating habits

We are what we eat! We have a fun way to teach kids and teens about eating healthy without sacrificing the experience of enjoying food.

 

Art and mental health

Arts helps us to express our ideas, feelings, and share perpectives. Art is one of the ways to see deeper into oneself and helps you understand and bring out your emotions. We like to use art as a way to improve our mental health. We can share our experiences with you!
